- Î think it would be better for consistency if 00:26:376 (27,28,29,30) is either d D d D or k D k D because you have similar sounds of 00:26:376 (27,29).
- Shouldn't 00:32:922 (34,35,36) be ddd for the drums? I don't see a reason for kdk here, and ddd would be nice for contrast to the high sound on 00:34:013.
- How about adding a note on 00:48:740? I think it would fit nicely with the melody to have a 5-note here.
- I was kind of expecting a k on 01:11:649 because it's similar to 00:25:285 (25,26,27).
- How about 01:05:649 (27,28,29)? The first note feels lower in my opinion and it would be nice for overall dkk d d kdd within 01:05:649 (27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34) imo.
- I don't think that ending this diff with the two small notes on 01:50:649 (83,84) is the best option, how about removing both 01:48:740 (80) and move 01:50:649 to 01:49:967 and 01:50:922 to 01:50:376 and change both to D? I think such an ending sounds better with the strongest beats here and if you leave a large enough space by leaving out 01:48:740 it should be fine to play as well imo.
Futsuu
- I think you should move 01:44:104 to 01:45:331 and change to D to make this similar to the intro part of 00:11:104 (5,6,7,8,9), why map it differently when the 5 finishers play out perfectly fine.
- I think you should change 01:50:376 to D for the strong sound and add a D on 01:49:967 as well to capture the strong beats better, maybe also change 01:50:922 to k for the similar sound to 01:50:649.
- I think you could shorten the spinner starting on 00:43:831 to end on 00:44:922 and add a k on 00:45:467, would sound nice imo.
- Spread between Futsuu - Muzu feels a bit large because you don't use any short 1/2 patterns or anything in Futsuu, I think you could include some 3-note 1/2 monopatterns somewhere, maybe in the kiai time, eg. add a d on 00:46:285 and k on 00:46:695 and change 00:46:558 to k as well, would sound good for instruments imo. You could also add a k on 00:54:331 or add notes on 00:47:922 or 00:49:013 to increase density a bit more to have a nicer diff spread imo. It doesn't have to be much, but a few 1/2 monopatterns would ensure a much better diff spread imo.
Muzukashii
- How about 00:32:922 (88,89,90,91,92,93,94,95,96) ddkdkkddk or so? I think it would sound good if you have a k on the last note.
- I think 00:34:422 should either be moved to 00:34:558 or changed to k, otherwise it conflicts with instruments of 00:34:285 and 00:34:422 to which a clap would fit better.
- I think for sounds like 00:46:285 d would fit better, you could also add a k on 00:46:695 for the instrument sound.
- I think 00:48:876 would sound better as d, this would be better for emphasis of the pattern of 00:49:013 (16,17,18), I think it makes more sense this way for nicer fit with 00:48:195 (11,12,13) as well where this pattern is emphasised through the spacing.
- I think you should shorten the spinner 00:43:831 to end on 00:44:922 and add a d on 00:45:195 and make 00:45:467 (1,2) kk, this fits the instruments better imo and gives better emphasis with a finish on the start of the kiai at 00:46:013.
- 00:10:012 (4,5,6) ddk fits better imo, clap is on the last note.
Oni
- 00:10:012 (4,5,6) ddk, see muzu.
- I think the triple within 00:18:195 (31,32,33,34) should start on the red tick, not the white because you have a clearer 1/4 sound in the music starting from 00:18:331, I think d ddk would sound better and you could also move 00:18:876 to 00:18:604, you have similar sounds on 00:18:467 and 00:18:604.
- I think 00:19:831 (42,43,44,45) would sound and play out better as ddkd, this is because you have the stronger instrument sounds on 00:20:104 and 00:20:376, so it would be better to use k on these to emphasize them more, having k on notes like 00:19:831 (42,43) would only work if you were mapping doubles here to fit the vocal, but this is not the case. I think you should change the repetition of this part in a similar way to the above suggestions for better fit with instruments.
- Notes like 00:36:604 and 00:37:558 don't emphasize anything as there is no sound, please remove them and follow the instrument like in your other diffs in this part, it sounds much nicer. And change 00:42:058 (162,163,164,165) 00:42:058 (162,163,164,165) to dk k d, you have high sounds + claps on 00:42:195 (163,164), so k would fit better on these imo.
- I think 00:46:285 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) feels off because of some misplaced emphasis, the triple 00:46:831 (9,10,11) doesn't really do much because 00:46:967 (11,12,13) are pretty strong notes that would sound good if they are 1/2 spaced, and there is no 1/4 in the music where you mapped that kdd either. I'd suggest you move 00:46:899 to 00:46:217 and add a d on 00:46:149 for the 1/4 sounds here, then change 00:46:422 (6,7,8,9) to d kdd or d kkd and make 00:46:831 (10,11,12) dkd. You should end up with D ddk d kkd d k d d kkk starting from 00:46:013 which plays out better and fits the instruments better as well imo. Similar with the part starting on 00:55:013.
Light Ura Oni
- Kind of similar issue to Oni, triples like 00:46:831 (10,11,12) don't do anything for your map. I think it would sound much better if you remove 00:46:899 and change 00:46:831 (10,12,13) to dkd.
- You could also try adding a note on 00:46:763 and make the resulting 7-note stream starting on 00:46:422 ddkdkkd which would fit to the instruments better imo, especially with the suggested 1/2 dkd starting from 00:46:831.
- You should move 00:59:172 to 00:59:308, it just sounds strange imo to map 1/4 on 00:59:172 when there is audible 1/4 on 00:59:308 in the music, if you want to keep the long sound emphasis I'd suggest using a 5-note 1/4 here, but I think a finish on 00:59:104 would be nice as well for the strong sound in the music.
Chi's Ura Oni
- I think you should use less 1/4 in the part starting from 00:39:467.
- 00:33:058 (255,256,257,258,259,260,261,262,263) kkd 3x, notes like 00:33:058 are different to 00:32:922, kkd stacks play better than dkd stacks imo.
- 00:47:376 (15,16,17,18) kkdkd, you have a high sound starting on the first note of this pattern.
- 00:17:785 (113,114,115) ddk, this is different to the sound of the triplet on 00:18:331 (118,119,120), so I think you should map these differently to bring out the instruments better.
- 00:47:785 (20,21,22,23,24) kdkdd sounds better imo, 00:48:058 has a fairly low sound.
