00:16:220 (11) - Compared to the previous triplets in this combo, this one felt rather overmapped. It dodn't follow the same sounds as the previous triplets either. I would just do two circles here. If you really want to include the 1/4, maybe use a 1/4 repeat slider? or stack the triplet to show some structural difference compared to the other triplets.
00:38:876 (4,5,7) - How about making them parallel? Or making 7 clearly not parallel? xD It's at an angle where its almost parallel but not, which makes it feel unintentional instead of different.
00:42:807 (8,9) - Keep spacing here consistent to emphasize 1.
