Yes there is, let's say every post in the thread is a video, and some people post 2-3 videos, there would be around 20 videos in a page. On a low end computer, this can slowdown the loading of a page by like 10x. Also, I personally miss the text people post under/over the video, which puts more emphasis on the text.K2J wrote:

And anyways, it's it also keeps the page cleaner.
It's fake (duh): the timecode is a Final Cut Pro effect, and it seems to pause rather oddly seemingly so they can get a good YouTube thumbnail. I mean, one part of it moves (the part that if blurred wouldn't look blurry because it's so dark), but nothing else does.Xanek wrote:
