When I first heard the news, I was like, "
HOLYFUCK, there wasn't a crack before? Then why the fuck were people buying ps3s?"
I then went, "Oh right, buyfags who pay 60$ for games"
There's a fake related videos screen at the end, and the uploader's name is "thelastexorcism".Ph0X wrote:
The website link at the end ruins it, so either this is all just advertisement, or the guy was retarded and didnt know how to remove it.
It is viral marketing. Should be obvious.Ph0X wrote:

I'm kinda leaning toward #1. Viral marketing is getting pretty popular
Well the reason I didn't find it very funny is because it has been done before, and it was way better done:RL Link wrote:

Although, I think you took it a tad too seriously. I found it amusing.

Yes there is, let's say every post in the thread is a video, and some people post 2-3 videos, there would be around 20 videos in a page. On a low end computer, this can slowdown the loading of a page by like 10x. Also, I personally miss the text people post under/over the video, which puts more emphasis on the text.K2J wrote:
Seriously guys, we're in the YouTube thread. No need for spoiler boxes.
I was going to counter with, "But we're in a YouTube thread, you should expect YouTube videos, and if that takes a long time to load, that's because you're in a YouTube thread", but then I remembered that there may be some videos you've already seen on the page since you last checked, so yes, it is valid to use spoilerboxes. My bad.Ph0X wrote:

And anyways, it's it also keeps the page cleaner.
It's fake (duh): the timecode is a Final Cut Pro effect, and it seems to pause rather oddly seemingly so they can get a good YouTube thumbnail. I mean, one part of it moves (the part that if blurred wouldn't look blurry because it's so dark), but nothing else does.Xanek wrote:
