you don't have to change original katagana metadata to chinese.. i guess

Seems fine. Although when mapping to vocals, like I've seen a few diffs do, it is a bit off. I believe the timing is optimised to only really be mapped to the instruments in the background. I'd try and get different timing, or perhaps make a few adjustments. Eg. listen 4K HD 01:15:927 (75927|2) -

Be sure to snap ALL notes after doing this!

Also, for puxtu's 4K NM, slowjamming in the song might prove hard for players at that level. Consider having normalization SVs, similar to what 4K MX, DC's 7K NM and 4K HD has so it makes the notes a lot easier to read.
or just copypaste the timing in the 4Ks or DC's diff since they're all pretty similar to each other.
