General

Check tags in Nervous! diff, there are inconsistencies.
03:28:659 - any reason for ending Kiai here and not on the last note (at least in calm/panic) at 03:28:986 - ? Since the song slows down prior to that it looks a little random (actually more because of the NCs and not the Kiai itself). I mean consistency with 01:17:394 - is nice, too so both is fine.

Skin

Beautiful skin! I like it, but 300k and 300g should be differentiable, no?
Also, you might want to consider changing the colour of them or of hit0, I can see some players being confused if they see something red flicker up and mistake it for a miss. >:
And then about the followpoint- there are some patterns that can look super confusing with this skin like 03:25:067 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - in Nervous for example and several other in Panic. That's caused by the huge hitX images I think, but since they match the rest of the skin very well I suggest to change the followpoint to an arrow instead to improve readability. (Then again in 4:3 the score overlaps with the default HP bar and some objects are partly covered by combocount and score, too, so up to you if you want to change something about the number-size in general. You could just skin the HB bar as well, just scale it down and maybe add a border that's similar to the circles.. would look pretty nice, imo. But that's all up to you!)

Panic!

Seems like some objects became unsnapped by something, please resnap them! c:
01:07:435 - consider adding a circle here, there are pretty strong vocals that are just as strong as the beat on 01:04:822 (7) - , imo. Would also match better with the pace of this part, I think
01:17:067 (5) - add NC here to avoid any confusion with the following 1/4 stacks (01:28:659 (1,2,3) - 02:25:312 (5,6,7) - )? They look kinda similar.

Nervous!

Diff looks neat, just the part after the break here 02:57:965 - to 03:05:802 - looks a little cluttered because of the slow down. I think using DS 1.7 here instead would look a lot better, because objects won't overlap then (especially patterns like 03:03:190 (1,2,3) - looks much better then, imo) and it's not much you'd have to change o: (and the parts still slow, movement barely changes with increased spacing)
just curious why you end the spinner at 03:28:659 - so 1/2 earlier than the other diffs? I mean either works fine, but the vocals continue, so ending it like the other diffs would be my preferance.

I just extended the spinner~ I prefer to not change the slow part cuz the decreased distance is also part of the emphasis on the change of the song and I feel like increasing it would take away some of the emphasized experience of the map .-.

03:28:659 - any reason for ending Kiai here and not on the last note (at least in calm/panic) at 03:28:986 - ? Since the song slows down prior to that it looks a little random (actually more because of the NCs and not the Kiai itself). I mean consistency with 01:17:394 - is nice, too so both is fine. Mostly because that's where the drums end. I just feel like it makes more sense.
Skin
Beautiful skin! I like it, but 300k and 300g should be differentiable, no? But they are different. Look at them on the black background. this pops up on one of these
Also, you might want to consider changing the colour of them or of hit0, I can see some players being confused if they see something red flicker up and mistake it for a miss. >:
And then about the followpoint- there are some patterns that can look super confusing with this skin like 03:25:067 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) - in Nervous for example and several other in Panic. That's caused by the huge hitX images I think, but since they match the rest of the skin very well I suggest to change the followpoint to an arrow instead to improve readability. (Then again in 4:3 the score overlaps with the default HP bar and some objects are partly covered by combocount and score, too, so up to you if you want to change something about the number-size in general. You could just skin the HB bar as well, just scale it down and maybe add a border that's similar to the circles.. would look pretty nice, imo. But that's all up to you!) Went the easiest way and killed the numbers, hopefully it's better now. Well, it certainly is better on my 5:4 screen. I'm trying to avoid anything extra to the original skin, though

01:07:435 - consider adding a circle here, there are pretty strong vocals that are just as strong as the beat on 01:04:822 (7) - , imo. Would also match better with the pace of this part, I think - sure
01:17:067 (5) - add NC here to avoid any confusion with the following 1/4 stacks (01:28:659 (1,2,3) - 02:25:312 (5,6,7) - )? They look kinda similar.fixed comboing here to make it more readable, nice catch!

Diff looks neat, just the part after the break here 02:57:965 - to 03:05:802 - looks a little cluttered because of the slow down. I think using DS 1.7 here instead would look a lot better, because objects won't overlap then (especially patterns like 03:03:190 (1,2,3) - looks much better then, imo) and it's not much you'd have to change o: (and the parts still slow, movement barely changes with increased spacing)
just curious why you end the spinner at 03:28:659 - so 1/2 earlier than the other diffs? I mean either works fine, but the vocals continue, so ending it like the other diffs would be my preferance.

00:00:333 (1,3) - Did you try 3/2 reverse sliders here already? They would emphasize the rhythm a bit better and also match better with the overall design of the diff (imo!) I want the difficulty to gradually speed up and escalate, hence it begins wih long sliders.

The only thing that really bothers me here is combo color 4. I find it a bit hard to see in front of the background, especially with the map's skin enabled. The map is overall pretty easy and intuitive so I didn't have much reading problems in my playthroughs, however I didn't see 01:28:659 (1,2,3) - the first time I played the highest difficulty because of the combo color. I suggest you to make this color a bit brighter.

I was yelled at by players for 00:09:965 (8,11) being unreadable in a perfect stack. The NC wasn't intentional, so I fixed it for consistency with 02:16:169 (1,2) - 03:18:863 (1,2) - these two.
