imo, this is more like an Insane.
This diff is too long.
Also the map feels very repetitive, plus you keep repeating the same patterns over, and over, and over again.
15m Max score, your diff is barely passable although i doubt it's even passable by ranking standards, try to shorten it so you have less max score.

Open the osu! and , in [Editor], modify this line: DistanceSpacing: 0.65. After the change, save the .osu and exit from the diff without saving on the editor. After this enter the diff and check all the map's spacing.

well, i've increased the stack leniency, putted custom hitbursts that might make those circles visible and those are similiar to template ones, moved notes where possible...i've no idea what to fix for now =w= time will tell, bah

[:General:] For some reason, when I first accessed the map, the wrong Distance Spacings were on default. Please set your Distance Spacing to what you used on the difficulty and save so that not other modders get confused. :)
Another thing, for some reason, Insane has a bigger circle size than Hard. Unless you did this on purpose, please fix.

[:Normal:] 01:17:398 (1) - You might want to end this spinner at 01:19:627 to follow with the song. You might also want to do the same thing to 02:28:712 (1) and end it at 02:31:027.
01:29:741 (4,5,6) - Please don't silence these. Make them quiet like 00:18:427 (4,5,6). Keeping these silent would really confuse new players.

[:Hard:] 00:47:055 (1,2,3,4) - Could you adjust this so that the transition to notes (2,3,4) is a little smoother?
01:17:398 (1) - You might want to end this spinner at 01:19:627 to follow with the song. You might also want to do the same thing to 02:28:712 (1) and end it at 02:31:027.
02:11:570 (8) - You might want to consider placing a clap here. If you decide to, you might also want to place claps on 02:17:055 (8), 02:22:541 (8), 03:47:570 (8), 03:53:055 (8), and 03:58:541 (8).

The hitsounds seems fine, mixing a soft-type clap with normal hitsounds sounds very cool in this case.
I miss some hitfinishes in Insane, some patterns might have been ended by them.
Also you should work on the slider prettiness and symmetry. For ex. 01:56:998 (4) - slider like this should be naturally started and ended with symmetry, but it's not.
And - for the future - try not to map songs that are over 4 minutes long and not aiming for approval.
