When you click on the "Register Account Details" button in Fullscreen, the form does not appear, and the rotating cursor is stuck in the window while the regular arrow cursor is on top, able to move but unable to click on anything. The only way out is to alt-control -delete This should be fixed

Duplicated.

Worked with all resolutions and styles of Fullscreen, and with both a current and fresh install on both a desktop and laptop (onboard vs. installed videocard). You don't necessarily have to end the process, a simple Alt+Tab worked in all my tests to get back into a working copy of osu! but the dialog box for the information doesn't even show (not obscured or anything, just not there.)

I guess at some point I should move away from windows forms for this dialog. Otherwise I will have to force exiting from fullscreen for this option, which doesn't seem like a good way to go.

I'll add this to the to-do list, and force toggle out of fullscreen from now on (change in build tonight).
