I'm very sorry for the downtime.
Techy: My current webhost does not support SQLite so I have to migrate to MySQL and rewrite parts of the backend.

TL;DR: the site will be up in about an hour.

After alot of stress, the website is up again.

is this based on the star rates for mania charts? because stars for mania are terribly inaccurate and almost none of the suggestions on the site seem to make sense which seems to be in correlation with the star values on those charts.

They are not based on star ranking. They are based on the reward the songs give upon completion. Higher reward translates into higher difficulty.

we have a very advanced tool in lr2 : http://walkure.net/hakkyou/bms.html
it gives dynamic difficulties to songs depending on how players perform on them
but it takes overall clear rates from all players and since clear mechanics in o!m are a joke...

Good initiative, but I'm afraid o!m players won't make much use of it :?

Something similar to that system might be possible using score milestones instead of clear rates.

This will become useful when there will be more mania maps I can keep up with. In the mean time, improve the UI.

Thanks for all the feedback guys! :)

I'll make sure to improve the UI and the overall algorithm of deciding which songs to show.
Unfortunately though, I'm kinda busy with school right now so it might take a little while until you see any improvements.

Please continue giving feedback and I'll put them on a list of things to do.

When you have time add a option for all keys [(except 1,2,3,9)brackets inside brackets is allowed].
EDIT: Thats probably asking for too much but atleast add 7k

Sorry to say it but this project is no longer in development.

My main reason for this is that I myself have no use for it. There are simply too few mania maps for something like this to useful when you reach a certain point.

I have other cool projects coming up that I hope will compensate for this :)
