So everyone who's watched episode 15 must have a theory right? I mean it looks to me that it's reaching it's end with all the cards on the table. I'm here to talk about a little theory of mine I've come up with that seems plausible with evidence.
Episode 15 left us with a giant rat like creature sprawling from the mansion's dome and uttering the words to Subaru-kun "Sleep.... Along with my daughter." shortly after Subarau freezing to death and returning to the capital once more.

See Emilia-tan with a combatant look as if she's going to kill Subaru if he comes closer? I believe that Emilia-tan is none other than the daughter of Stella the Jealous Witch. Everything's there, Half elf, sufficient amount of magic, and the Stella herself telling us in a metaphorical way.
The ending may come to a surprise to me if I'm wrong but from the looks of the visual there's no way that anyone survives but possibly Emilia or Subaru. From the visual it appears that Rem was still murdered by the witch cultist and Ram as well.
