For people checking with tools.

1. drum-hitnormal4 doesnt have a delay, idk why it says that. Even if, its a sound effect and not meant to give feedback, as the RC says that this rule has exceptions.

2. Storyboarded hitsounds are only on a 3 second spinner, so that shouldn't be an issue.

3. Unsnapped greenlines are for hitsounding, theyre are 15 ms to the right of snapped green lines.

edit: Also, I have discussed with many people about the contribution rules on it, and they agree that the difference between the length of my part and Len's is negligable, and that the rule is on a case-by-case basis.

generally we don't use 5:4 screen resolution to tell if object is offscreen and generally there are no any actions based on this
