For example, from 00:01:200 - to 00:09:199 - is an introductory phrase to the piece; chorus introduced, not all instruments playing
Then from 00:09:199 - to 00:19:866 -, the vocals stop and is replaced by the electric guitar for the main melody
You've mapped the guitar for most of the eight bars in this phrase and, since it is also the melody, it feels (at least to me) odd when it is dropped.
The reason why 6th/7th bars are weird, in comparison to the 7th/8th bars, is because music normally changes during the last two or one bar in the phrase, to help transition to the next phrase. Like how, between 00:18:533 - and 00:19:783 - (the 8th bar), the music changes quite a lot when all but one of the instruments cut off - ignore the hi-hat at 00:18:533 -
The music doesn't change much in the 7th bar so I don't know why I included it in the last mod. mb
Anyways, like before, I'd still advise you to keep the guitar part throughout the whole phraseI think I caught your words. I think i could pattern long notes up to the end of the section. Thanks
