Basically translation of different people can vary, so different titles may appear if translated title is allowed. The potential of debates / endless discussion given rise is very high as the matter can be subjective and there is no definite correct priority. We want to avoid this, therefore non-official translated title is prohibited.
In this case, the Romanised title is Senritsu no Kodou.
You can keep this as the composer prefers a 'first name, surname' form as shown below:

aslinya iseng2 aja, tapi tetep aja gw pusing sama mode mania ~w~ (ngemap dan ngemodnya lol) jadi sementara ini aja yg gw bisa jadiin. sekarang mungkin udah ga niat banget kalau mau ngemap mania kwkwk, alesan ya udah lama ga ngemap mania dan bikin kepala ngeeeehh gitu kkwwk
gw juga bisa buat CtB cuma sebatas Cup sama Salad doang, kalau Std blom dong blas :'D
