Remove back and forths from target practice

TP has no approach circles and targets don't fade (like hidden) before you hit them making back and forths (where 2 targets are directly on each other) basically impossible to read. I suggest removing them from the algorithm

Target practice is barely complete and it hasnt been worked on for more than a year
