00:21:550 - 00:22:007 - why whistle? they dont fit imo if you hitsound them as vocal (so i suggest to remove them) , 00:21:778 - 00:22:693 - finish dont fit too, instead it would be better with whistle as you know spam whistle finish are very bad in hitsounding stuff

I was playing the Rain diff and something caught my eye, and upon further inspection of the diff I noticed this could be improved:

[General]

Because the buttons for the pause menu are placed on the left of the screen, rather than the center as in the default skin, the arrows that appear when you navigate through said menu using the keyboard are off, as can be seen on the following screenshot. I know you wanted to keep the pause background cute, but it looks bad and should be fixed

On Hard and above, 00:46:931 (3,4) - are wrongly snapped (detail on more correct snaps can be seen in the mod for the Rain). I'm not sure how standard mapping handles these weird snaps, but I think it's worth checking it again.

[Rain]

Assuming 00:45:330 (1,2,3,4) - follows the vocals, as hinted by the sliders, 00:46:931 (3,4) - are slightly off. After discussing a bit with JBHyperion, (3) sounds better at the 1/8 at 00:46:988 - , while (4) sounds better at the 1/6 at 00:47:236 -.
There's also some weird NC usage at some parts, let me point them out:
Le NC Mod
1. 00:21:092 (1) - It's weird that you used NC on this at expense of the next stanza. I'd switch the NC to 00:21:778 (4) - for consistency.
2. 00:24:751 (1,2,3) - Same goes for this part.
3. 00:26:352 (1,2) - You could swap the NCs on these.
4. 00:28:638 (1,2) - There's no point in having a 2 notes combo like this in CtB.
5. 00:31:839 (1) - 1 note combo ;(, NC should be at 00:32:754 (2) - instead.
6. 00:33:669 (1,4) - More inconsistency in NC usage, NC should be on (4) to mark the new stanza.
7. 00:35:498 (1,2) - NC should be in (2) to mark the new stanza. It should also be removed on 00:37:099 (1) -
8. 00:41:672 (1,2) - NCs should be swapped here and removed on 00:42:815 (1) - and 00:44:644 (1) -
9. 00:56:306 (1,2,1) - Two note combo, decide where are you going to keep the NC.
10. 00:59:507 (1,3) - NCs should be swapped here. (3) marks the beginning of the Kiai, it's weird that you didn't NC it.
11. 01:01:108 (1) - No need to NC this since you're adding 1 NC every stanza in the Kiai.
12. 01:17:800 (1) - ^Same thing
13. 01:21:687 (1,3) - NCs should be swapped, same reason.
14. 01:23:516 (1,3) - Same
15. 01:25:117 (1,2) - Same
16. 01:26:717 (1) - Shouldn't be NCed for consistency.
00:01:657 (1,2,3,4) - I think these distances can be improved. 00:01:657 (1,2) - felt a bit too large, so I'd decrease it a bit by moving 00:02:114 (2) - to x:208. If you want to keep the hyperdash between 00:02:800 (3,4) - , move (3) to the left accordingly. Another option would be to move (3) to x:312, I think that also fits well.
00:09:888 (3,4) - I think this distance can be reduced a bit, because it feels easily misseable. I'd move (4) to something around x:120
00:14:461 (1,2,3,4) - The "ma ma ma" vocals are pretty strong as individual sounds, so the distances here are really underwhelming. I heavily recommend increasing the distances between these notes, and I would maybe add an hyperdash between the last 2 as a sort of crescendo.
Given that the section 00:45:330 - 00:51:504 - is a really calm part, I think you added some notes which aren't necessary, as they take away that "calm" feeling. 00:48:074 (5,4) - aren't necessary, and you could even go as far as to remove 00:49:217 (3) - too, to increase emphasis on the vocals, but I understand it's there for the drum sound.
01:00:879 (5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3) - I think you could Ctrl+H this whole lot. It will create a more interesting jump on 01:00:650 (4,5) - , and on 01:06:367 (3,4) - . If you think the jump 01:06:367 (3,4) - becomes too large, you can move 01:06:824 (4,5,6,7) - a bit to the left.
01:12:998 (1,2,3) - Again, the "ma ma ma" vocals are really strong, so it would make sense to make the distance 01:12:998 (1,2) - larger, even a hyperdash.

well i *think* it doesn't necessarily need a dq, these things rather seems like suggestions than errors, and im not sure if that menu is good enough reason for a dq, but then again, i dont know anything about ctb nor skinning.

just a thing about the snapping in the std diffs (or at least mine, but I guess it applies to every difficulty), I explained this issue in Xinely's mod earlier:

- 00:46:712 (2,3) - same as insane. vocal are off so dont map it it plays fine..
If anything, the vocals are a few ms off-beat, but since the notes follow the general rhythm the map has been following, there is nothing unexpected and even if the vocals may be a bit off, it doesn't cause issues in playing from what i've seen. Removing these notes and adding a few seconds of emptiness would be way more jarring and damaging the quality of the map.

I don't play CTB so I don't know if weird 1/8 snapped sliders play well there, but it plays way better the way they are on STD at least.

Also, in case it does get DQ'd, about the pause menu background (since I made that one), is it allowed to replace the arrows with blank 1x1 px files? I really wouldn't like to center the buttons for the sake of those arrows. The design is based around the placement of the buttons so.. I hope this is allowed D:

If you happen to make 'em blanket how'd you know what are you clicking exactly? Many people use that menu with their arrows.

(Dirai, btw, that Rain needs those suggestions. They are actually very neat ones and they'll improve the gameplay a lot.)

I personally didn't even know of the existence of those arrows, so I guess that's why it was overlooked in the first place. I don't know but I'd just hate to change the entire design just for the sake of those arrows, so I hope there's a way to either remove them or place them according to the placement of the buttons!

does it really NEED or would it be BETTER if they were applied? those two are entirely different things.
also yeah i dont know much about ctb so w/e maybe applying them would make it better since it will probably get dq'd because of menu navigation arrows anyway.
