I think my parents took the piss by naming me Mathew. I always had to correct the people writing my name as, "Matthew".

my name is alex but nobody online calls me that and i don't really want people to call me that either
it's a good name because it's unisex so you can order weird things online as a guy without getting judged by whoever processes your orders
i was gonna post my full name here but then i googled myself and there's a 6 year old video of me on the first page of google search results... i should really delete that video
there's also some 13 year old with my name who's apparently a really good golfer so i hope he becomes famous so that in several years i can have people confuse me for him and i become famous too in the process
also my middle name is the same as the name of a pretty famous heavy metal band that i bet my parents have never heard of. please don't ask
