00:08:592 (13) - Could be changed to k for a more accurate match to the melodic pitch and for variety. 00:21:204 (34) and 00:45:662 (76) could be changed to d for the same reason. - woops sorry about this.

00:18:337 (30) - This is fine, but I thought three ks in a row like this didn't sound too good so how about changing to d? - Uhm i'm not sure with this but actually the d will be on 00:18:528 - which more accurate for me so i keep this.

00:30:949 (52) - You could change this to k to match 01:01:522 (103). Same at 00:55:407 (93). - you're right.

Muzukashii

00:04:961 (9,10,11,12,13) - You should add some hits so that there's a difficulty gap between the Futsuu and Muzu. Same at 01:12:796 (197,198,199,200).
