OD : 8.7 Holy shit 9.3 lool this diff even really easy without OD 9 and i dont think that this difficulty mostly uses notes than LN is reason for high OD. Consider all the player that can play this map whose generally still learning at accuracy. Start at NM with 7.5 and then HD and MX is 9. this raised very high from 7.5, pls consider again. and i would like to suggest OD on HD difficulty

But I am a little annoyed that the QAT/Staff have such inconsistent standards in what is considered acceptable or not. Even after MULTIPLE attempt to set a guideline of standards, I've been pretty much ignored since "it should be common sense"

obvious it's not common sense if a map gets disqualified and a hissy fit gets thrown, then LATER a map with the same background gets ranked with no issues.

I don't find the background obscene or innapropriate in the slightest, but when I personally had to deal with the map and talk with Gero about getting it re-qualified and stuff, it's kind of really shitty that there's no consistent standard.

I'd like to use this map's background as an opportunity to re-invigorate the discussion on creating a standard set of rules and guidelines regarding explicit content.

I generally wouldn't give a shit but if you're going to yell at someone and call them a pedophile for using a background and then let the same background get put in a different map, then that's just fucked.

Well i really don't know what happens back then, i don't was a Mapper and just started to play osu (i think) when this happens.
I had no idea.

Maybe the Rules where more harsh back then but i really don't see any problem with this Background.
Of course it might be strange that this Background did pass this time but it's completely SFW.

Also the thing is, you saw the QAT changes few weeks/month ago, yeah?
QAT do not disqualify a Map when no one does report it to disqualify, even when it's "just" an inappropriate Background.

No one did complain about it, why should they, like i said there is nothing wrong, maybe the Staff/QAT did overreacts back than but this is nothing that we should discuss here in this thread, right?

Also. I had really really big problems to find a background for this Map that i like, i did change it like 4-5 Times.
Then i finally found a song related background for it so i used it. And like is said:
I had no idea that a Map got dqed because of this background.

Anyways. Thanks for your words but i think here is no change needed :)
