I took one look at the Storyboard again and I ran into a problem I hadn't fixed yet.
During the "Bonetrousle" part of the song the Orange Background image was bigger than the other Background Images.
Here's the updated osb.

Just hopping here to say that auto here seems to get SS without a problem and I tested in editor; it is possible to get 300 on 1/32 slider. You should tap the slider just before it starts and make sure you hold that button until the slider ends, if you're not comfortable you can just keep holding and alt the next slider and you shouldn't break.
