As I checked what method you used for other scenes, you just use one layer. So I think you just mistakenly copied it once, you can just delete the redundant object.
If you wanna make this scene special, just change F,0,63567,64567,0.15,0 to F,0,63567,64567,0.3,0
One more suggestion for white.png: resize it to 854x480 XD

Some suggestions to improve the SB:
1. make the hit effect starts the moment when the clock hands hit the scales it doesn't always hit on notes
2. the highlight which traces the notes can be brighter (using Alpha effect with duplicate elements), but I also think you may proposed to make it dark, so it's just up to you. its fineeee...
It's an excellent work I love it~ Good luck with ranking this map!

Though I didn't check seriously, I guess hand1 is walking abnormally? I hope that's not my illusion.
