Honestly though, objects overlapping hp-bar is perfectly acceptable. Many people have them disabled anyways, and disabling honestly helps with staying focused as there are less things on the screen. UR Bar I don't even care about because you actually have to go to options to enable it (it's disabled by default).
What difference does it make if it's a slider or a note? I get it man, you want 6.66 because haha, it's hilarious, right? The jumps are unnecessarily placed to the point where it's below the line and out of the border multiple times. The notes are clearly unnecessarily placed, changing from small patterns then leaping into wide-screen jumps, leaving for clunky jumps and obscured notes all for a difficulty spike. 01:26:099 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - , what is honestly the point of this? It's incredibly overmapped and doesn't fit. As for what i mentioned early, the notes are obscured by the UR box and make it harder to cearly visualize the note as it's placed so far down for that extra difficulty spike to get that perfect 6.66.

Do consider the fact that the previous section had really large spacing right off the bat, and is consistent for 8 measures, whereas this section only increases to a "larger" spacing in the last 6-9 notes (depending on how you interpret "relative intensity").
