I think it could be possible to make an Insane, or at least a Hyper with this song without overmapping. If you're not the best with mapping higher difficulties, you can just have a friend do a guest difficulty.

AIMod lists some important stuff:
Your map might need an Epilepsy Warning because of its SB.
(Kiai-Time is toggled for more than 1/3 of the map. Try removing the Kiai-Time between 00:54:784 (1) - 01:37:451 (3).) - Optional

00:15:118 (2) - Might sound better if moved to white tick
00:28:784 (2) - Same
00:54:118 - It would be good if there is a hit circle here

Fading
AR 8.3 is a bit harsh for an advanced map, maybe AR 7 - 7.7 is better?

so, i never modded anything nor do i know the formal stuff of doing so, but i got some suggestions for the insane diff or a higher diff if you plan on doing one.
First of all, for your second beatmap, its awesome how much work you put in with the storyboard and the quality of mapping overall, it looks and feels good to play most of the time ( i let more expirienced mappers make recommendetaions for circle/slider placement optimization because i suck at it).
I noticed that you try to follow the synthesyzer and the vocals in the refrain (wich is good cause both are awesome ^^), but i think you could sync your map better with the synth part. i played around with the beatsnap divisor (if thats the right name in english) and you can get some good resaults with using 1/6 on certain parts. i could pm you my slightly editet version of your map to show you examples if you want.

excuse my english and spelling mistakes

So, I'm not really very good with modding, and am not sure how to link hitcircles in the editor, etc., but I really want to support this map. I gave a whole ton of kudosu stars to the map, but I want to do more. I think I might make a guest difficulty for you (chances are it won't be that good because I am noob at mapping), and I'll also learn how to do mods (there are some parts in the Lost diff that really bug me).

I'll start mapping the difficulty tomorrow. Also since I'm not good mapping osu!, maybe you would like a different mode diff? (mapping taiko is pretty easy imo, so is ctb, so i could make a salad or muzu for you).
Gonna try modding other maps as well to shoot kudosu stars at this map.

You can make other modes, but then you should have someone who knows how to map them to check it. If you're new to mapping and modding, start with easy or normal, don't map/mod hard insane extra....

Again, thanks for your wonderful support. However, this is just my second attempt at mapping and there's a really high chance that this won't get ranked. If that's the case, you'll just waste all of your time and effort. So....

I'm a little worried for the last few days because I found that offset 115 (-3) is slightly better, but like you, I'm not so sure :v
I'll just wait for a timing pro to check it, cause I don't want to resnap everything multiple times XD

I think that second point is useless

so delete second point at Raphael's Reminiscence and unify First points to 118

in result, my suggestion is that - offset +16 from current status (118)

I never modded before, but I like the song and I also try to get into mapping. The guide said i shuld mod, so there you go:

First of all, the Astarte difficulty is in the map folder, but not in the game. You should delete it, if don't want to do something with it.

Light

00:18:777 (4,5) - Maybe don't place the notes directly over each other, I find it easer to read when they are seperated. (This refers to every to every time you do that in your map, apard from the once with sliders, they are ok)

00:56:111 (4) - I don't know if it is just me, but I always think the slider has one repeat less.

01:58:777 (5,6) - It is unusual for a Difficulty like that, to hide dit objects behind sliders. No critic, i just noticed it.

02:09:111 (3,4,5) - This fast tripple doesen't realy fit to the rest of the map. I would delete the middle note.

Fading

00:43:777 (1,2,3,4) - Same as in Light.

01:12:444 (1) - I dont think a NC is necessary there.

01:58:777 (4) - 02:04:111 (4) - You should insert a Break Time. I feel like players will die because of the HP Drain more often than necessary.

03:08:611 (1,2) - Weird timing. The doubble tap comes out of nowhere. You did this in other parts of the map, but in this case, it doesen't fit with the music in my opinion.

03:19:444 (1,2,1,2) - Give the whole thing one combo, because of the timing

Lost

First, I wasn't able to pass this map, beacaue I couldn't read it. I changed the AR to 9 and immediately passed. AR 9 is very common in this Diff range, so it would be better if you changed it.

00:13:444 (1) - 00:24:111 (6) - These Slider shapes. They just look weird in my opinion. Just stay with normal Sliders or at least use the same one every time.

So I played this Diff 4 times now and couldn't find any more issues. Sory for not being able to point out more, but that's a good thing, right?

Finaly, I would like to appreciate the effort you took into this map, a whole storyboard and a large skin. Woul'd expect thar from a 2nd map.

There are no Astarte diffs in the folder. If you're referring to a file named "Alan Walker - Faded (Astarte)", DO NOT delete it. That is the storyboard code

Since now that hard diff is taken care of I'll open GDs for all diffs and modes, then close when I feel like this map is good to move to pending

It was my intention to make a GD for this mapset that it get's more attention

I really like the song and the SB is beautiful as well. I wanted to map this as well but I'm not able to make such a SB

So I thought a GD would fit there ;P
