They're both pretty nice. Personally, I'd use a bit of drop shadow on the top one, just so 'Sticks' sticks (ha!) out more.
Also, please post in this thread next time. It serves as a feedback thread for people looking for such a thing and it stops the spams of 'one-use' threads, sort of. ;p
