So... Just for general discussion...
I don't like much, only sometimes... Vocal aren't my style...

How about you guys?

Songs can actually feel great with and without vocals, it's just the setting you're going for. Video Game music with vocals would only distract, while a song on the radio feels empty if I can't hum anything along.
A capella also has its charms when done right (Tom's Diner).
So basically I guess I gotta pick it depends on your poll.

Surely the same
Sometimes... I only see vocal touhou songs... Most of times are the U.N. Owen was Her...
Or other songs what I like it so much, but the vocals isn't much good...
But okay, vocals are very different them other vocals...

Sometimes I like the ORIGINAL song, what contains voice... Like AC/DC or something...
But when edit an original music, and put more effects and voice, it's different...
Everyone have their own likes right?

Clearly you've never played TWEWY. Best video game soundtrack EVER.

I usually listen vocal songs when I don't study because if I listen to songs that has vocal in it when I study I get distracted.
I don't really like Touhou vocals since most of them have a moe moe kawaii desu voice, which I hate it.

Lyrics can be a god awful addition to an otherwise beautiful song. There's a difference in musical talent between a melody and lyrics. Lyrics are only good when they're well written, necessary, or funny.
DJPop
It depends on the song, but I usually enjoy the rhythm more than vocal.

Demetori above all.

Vocals are just an instrument to me. Do I like songs with instruments? Yes.

I prefer songs without them, to be honest.

Case about vocaloid, it depends how well the vocaloid was tuned.
Instruments? I love them! But this is 'vocal song' thread, you know.

You forgot about Katamari Damacy

Vocals are an instrument like any other. The only difference is, the addition of vocals to a song has a higher probability of breaking the song. Ditto lyrics that the vocals use.

Are you making the implication that the songs in that game are not distracting from the gameplay?
Lemon Water_old
I like vocals cause they sound nice. (but some don't) So it depends.
but seriously I put no I hate by accident :(
Vanmonky
I prefer vocal songs than instrumental songs.

Actually, I love Vocaloid but I hate Miku. I prefer Gumi since her voice sounds natural and easy to listen. But people generally love Miku.
Faust
Depends. I love my Intrumentals and Vocals just the same.
