We fixed a bunch of things.Moreover we fixed concurent lines and two sliderslide had sounds which got removed and a slidertick which got removed too since you are not allowed to silence both slidertick and sliderslide.Just one thing before pushing it forward again:
02:55:126 - About storyboard,what did happened here?There's appearing another image suddenly which honestly shouldn't be here.You must get rid of this little image since it is not sized to the image (that one with that girl) and also looks unpleasant in my point of view.

so that 2.20x is for teleport then the rest is stutter sv effect ^^
oh maybe you cant hardly tell if the scroll speed is 24+ , try lower one?

In case of disqualification, I will give my advice about SB Load.
- 00:06:006 - 00:06:726 - Here Load is even higher than 8.00x, I think you should do some improvment.
Suggestion: Those heart_with_filled.png behind the yellow one can be pieced together. Because the picture size and angle changes with high speed, players can't distinguish the difference easily. (Using diffrent transparency with Photoshop, etc.) deleted the hearts behind the yellow heart- 00:19:236 - 00:19:836 - About 7.00x. Here exists another method but has the same effect.
Suggestion: Make those two W.png changing with Vector Scale in stead of Move to decrese unnecessary overlap and off-screen parts of the object. the SB load still the same. instead, i use fade so the SB load will not last longer.- 00:20:436 - 00:22:296 - It lasts a bit long.
Suggestion: Devide TrangleC.png into two pictures in order to decrease the unnecessay blank parts in the image. i tried it and the pulse went wrong. instead, i reduce the fade time of the heart
Example:- 00:39:516 - W.png (line 560) is totally unnecessary. You can delay those animations.
- heart_with_filled.png (line 540) - unnecessary after - 00:39:636. Please hide it.
- Heart (line 565) - unnecessary after - 00:40:476.
- 03:09:590 - Untitled_fdf.png. Because of W.png, the SB Load over 5.00x. Here is a solution.

Those are mainly points. Hope you can consider and fix them to make the map safer.
