Bitch, you need some modding.

Beach!:

00:33:098 (1) - Not really symmetrical. Pay attention to the slider ticks and adjust the slider accordingly.
00:49:284 (1) - Feels unexpected for a difficulty this easy. I'd say to drop it back to 00:48:205.
01:12:304 (1) - As above, except I wouldn't put a spinner there at all. If you must keep it, drag it 1/1 back, I guess. All of the spinners in this difficulty feel short, actually.
02:23:882 - Ending at the most exciting part of the song, no thanks.

Australia!:

01:13:383 - I don't feel this break is necessary.
01:21:296 (1,2,3) - Horizontal flip, maybe? It seems really close to the other note in an annoying I'm-trying-to-be-like-iNiS sort of way.
02:52:837 (1) - The end is 1/4 off.

South Africa!:

00:04:322 (3,4) - Whistle pattern here is a bit borked.

America!!:

Remove the countdown, it sounds bad with where you have the map starting now.
00:04:322 (7,8) - Remove the whistle sound from the middle of these sliders, it doesn't fit with the slider hitsounds that follow after this.
00:16:192 (8,9) - This spacing is bad and you should feel bad.
01:30:918 (2) - The clap here doesn't seem to fit with the patterns preceding it.
02:13:811 (4) - Overlapping nastily, place it where the slider end is pointing.
02:47:172 (3) - The finish here doesn't seem to fit with the patterns preceding it.

South Africa!:
01:32:806 (6) - make it so this stacks on the 3?
02:44:744 (8) - make the endpoint line up with 6?
02:53:377 (3,6) - make these 2 stack?

America!!: (why does america get an extra !) :P

it is a bit hidden but with the OD as high as it is I'm not sure it needs to be moved tho I'll try a few patterns out

They're slightly different, actually. This is ztrot's own Nightcore remix, which is substantially better than the other ones I've heard so far.

We stopped gauging off star priority ages ago. ztrot is prolific in his attempts to get his maps recognized and thus naturally gets them ranked faster - the same can be said for all of those people who are persistent in their endeavors.

Good mapping, exept for insane. The note placement feels more like a hard, and the only thing which makes the map challenging is the drain rate. Would be more interesting if the map was hard by itself, and not by mere health lack.

Eitherway, good job.
