They wouldn't be a problem if they were apart, but in this case you mix things up and players might be confused by this: you used to stack a 1/4 note at the end of the sldier only when there were at least 2 1/4 circles after it (a triplet basically), while you kept using a jump in case there was only an object after the long slider. See what you can do here, since this concerns more your style Hmm, sounds logical here. Spaced 01:18:112 (1,2) a little more for better readability

Last thing I have to say is to be careful about the Combo-ing and above all those 1/6 streams, since you keep using different spacings for your 1/4 streams which may confuse the player (basically, he just thinks of it as another 1/4 stream with variation in spacing. A different combo color or a different spacing may help)
