Yeah, I was wondering why that wasn't implemented, I thought it was due to server issues but Now I don't think that would hurt.

It would be great if this showed up in osu!direct too, with maybe a sort by star priority option? It would be pretty convenient looking for maps to mod that way.
You know how there is a question mark for pending maps, and a heart for ranked maps in the song selection screen's upper left corner? Why not make it so it shows if the map is starred, nuked or bubbled, also? Beatmaps that has none of the above will still be marked with a question mark.
In summary; have a different icon in the corner depending on the maps' status. (See the pic below if you don't know what icon I'm talking about.)

Hate to be so blunt, but why would you even want this? What would it achieve?
For example: for one with many pending maps, it would be easier to see its current status of the map while you're still in game.
And since it shows a question mark and a heart why not have all the statuses a map can have.

The OP's example is kind of ugly, but this would be useful information to have in game when deciding which maps to keep/delete.
