STosu! Monthly Tournament #2: February [Complete]

Hoping to have my website up and ready for either this tournament or next month's.
This tournament will be 4v4 double elimination with 8 players per team.
The Tournament will span 4 weekends, sign up for next month's tournament if that's not enough!
There is 16 slots for teams currently. (could be expanded if there's enough sign ups and staff)
You'll also have fun and gain tournament experience! c:
Starts first weekend of February.
Sign ups for next month's tournament start in February, it will be renamed to SMT Monthly!

Warning to teams:
Rules regarding forfeits have become more strict. Now after two forfeits, you and all your team members will receive a three month suspension from future tournaments. This change has been made due to the high number of no shows in the last tournament.

Hi there, for team "OK DAD" haruchi may not be able to make it to the matches because he might have extra lessons on the weekends.
I've discussed it with the team and we decided to replace haruchi with L u m i n o u s. Team leader Repulse has given his ok.

Do not post your team application in the forum, a 10k-50k option will become available on the form when I feel there is enough staff. Chances are there won't be a 10k-50k bracket this month, but I'm looking to have it added with the release of the website for March's tournament.

Usernames are preferred, that way I don't have to format and add the team manually. If you could resubmit with usernames instead of links that would be great.

Really excited to announce that prizes have been added!
Two months supporter for the first place team, one month supporter for the second place team.
This will be the prize for future SMT Monthly tournaments.
