I'm just here to give some quick input on the ctb diff.

Don't tell anyone that I can mod ctb.

I feel like there's a very large gap in skill required between the pre-kiai and during the kiai, moreso than you'd expect from a song. The pre-kiai has like five total hypers while the kiai is throwing them nearly every verse. I'd lower the density of the 1/2 or 1/4 hypers in the kiai, but then again I suck at this game. Maybe the pre-kiai should be buffed and you should just call it a Rain.

I also think the spacing patterns you use can be cleaned up. A lot of your back and forths are very uneven and it's quite obvious while playing.

00:38:023 (4,5,6) - For the rest of the map, these triples have a hyper on the blue tick, but this one is barely far enough to warrant a dash. Getting the spacing up to a hyper also allows you to move 00:38:481 (1) - to the right as well, allowing for a more smooth bounce movement pattern.

00:57:688 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3) - could you even these out so that the pattern is spaced, well, evenly? it's really obvious during play that the back-and-forth wobble isn't spaced cleanly. This one is by far the worst, so I'm pointing it out.

01:01:804 (2,3,4) - Another instance where you have a triple without a second-note hyper. I can't tell if it's intentional here, but i can tell you it plays better with a simple ctrl+g on 4.

Hi there. As thanks for modding my map, I am here with a mod.

Note that whatever I say is my own opinion, so you do not have to follow everything I say.

General
1) For some difficulties such as easy, the auto leadin is too short, but it is fine for the other difficulties such as the hardest one. I think that you should add audio leadin, but for this one you can probably put 500ms - 1000ms, to allow players time to prepare.

2) Skin: I have discussed this already with you Rocket, but just for others to see: While I know that a majority of players like having transparent 300's, I would actually have a proper 300.png, because it makes the skin feel complete in my opinion, and there are some people who play with 300's (I am one of them).

One thing to note is that it may be possible (or not) that once this is ranked you should be able to slip a transparent 300 in without changing ranked status (I think). This ensures the best of both worlds; people who like 300's can have that, while people who do not can slip a transparent 300 image.

Easy
1) 00:27:276 (1) - Somehow I feel that the shape is not symmetrical; it is distorted. You can refine it if you want but it is quite a small thing.

2) 00:55:630 (1) - Do you notice that during the duration of the spinner, the music increases in volume? I was thinking of adding multiple timing points, with each successive timing point having a 1-2% increase in volume; more timing points = smoother increase in volume. This will have the effect of raising the spinner volume, which reflects the build up of the music.

This may apply to the other difficulties as well, but how you go about it will be different due to the different types of hitobjects used.

3) 01:00:203 (1,2) - These felt a little bit off to me when I first played it. The reason is that they are not aligned properly. I would shift slider 2 down to (304,74) so it is perfect aligned with slider 1.

Mk's Normal
1) 00:00:981 I was wondering, why not put a 1/2 slider with a reverse on it, because it reflects the vocals? This may make the map more difficult though.

2) 01:29:014 (6) - Maybe put a 1/2 slider because you also have a vocal bit at 01:29:243. If you did a 1/2 with a reverse it would not work because 01:29:471 (1) is a strong beat, which you have mapped already as a note.

Advanced
1) 00:00:981 I was wondering, why not put a 1/2 slider with a reverse on it, because it reflects the vocals? This may apply to all difficulties if necessary.

2) 00:03:496 (1,2) - Sliders are not parallel. This is a very small thing though.

3) 00:09:441 (2,3) - Maybe makes these sliders symmetrical in shape? Again a small thing.

4) 00:21:331 (3) - I think you forgot a clap here. Also applies to 00:23:160 (3).

5) 01:05:691 (1,2,3,4,5) - Based on the distance information, the star pattern seems off but that may be due to the rotation. If you think it looks fine already, ignore this point, but if you want to refine it, use ctrl+shift+d as a guide. Again if you have done this then ignore this point.

6) 01:18:496 (1,2,3) - Because 2 is not symmetrical, it makes the pattern look a little weird, thought it may be unnoticeable while playing it.

Hard
1) 00:07:154 (1,2) - Curious as to why these are not the same shape?

2) 00:29:106 May I ask why the volume decreases suddenly here? If it is in terms of vocals, the next few vocals are pretty loud. In terms of music instruments, the volume stays the same.

3) 00:43:740 (1) - Somehow I feel the blanket is off, but it is a small thing.

Insane
1) 00:11:727 (5) - I know there is a sound on the blue tick, but I am debating whether to shorten it by 1/4 or keep it as it is. On one hand, I feel that shortening the slider feels so much better in terms of sound, but on the other hand it works a bit more with the vocals (which I like) and as there is a sound there the blue tick should be fine.

2) 00:48:999 (1) - Not symmetrical, but this may have been intentional.

3) 00:59:517 Considering the previous difficulty, I wonder why you have not mapped this part, especially when there are vocals here? In my opinion it is a waste not to map vocals (vocals are a gift, so I tend to take advantage of that in terms of mapping).

Voli's Special Blend
1) 00:29:334 (2) - I would completely stack this underneath 00:28:648 (4).

2) 00:54:258 (4) - Here I would split this into 2 notes. The reason is that 00:54:487, this is the start of a new lyric, so in that sense it acts like a strong beat imo, so I would add a note here so that 'strong beat' is clickable.

3) 01:00:203 I think you should make this a 1/2 slider. I do know that there is a sound at the blue tick, but I feel that it sounds a lot better with a 1/2 slider.

Final thoughts.
A really nice set and a really nice skin to match. I was very anal with some things, but they may make a huge difference.

00:57:688 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3) - could you even these out so that the pattern is spaced, well, evenly? it's really obvious during play that the back-and-forth wobble isn't spaced cleanly. This one is by far the worst, so I'm pointing it out.Changed

01:01:804 (2,3,4) - Another instance where you have a triple without a second-note hyper. I can't tell if it's intentional here, but i can tell you it plays better with a simple ctrl+g on 4. Done

Ok~ here's my m4m

[General]
* Some BGs are not 1366x768 either 1024x768. I heard that BGs should have the size of one of those? Also some of them don't look very clean and make my eyes dizzy 0.0

[Rockezek's Easy]
* 00:52:886 - to 00:55:630 - this half-break feels weird. First, it's a bit long and would make players wonder what's happening. It's like, "Oh it's gonna resume again!" then soon "What? nothing's happening? What's going on?" and then suddenly the spinner starts "wtf where does this spinner suddenly came out". Also I see you put that spinner on the start of a new vocal, but it rather feels like it's starting on the middle of a measure. I think it's better to put that spinner on 00:56:545 - where the downbeat is and the drum gets changed gradually. BUT, I'll rather suggest that just map the whole part like Normal, and prehaps remove the spinner even though it's gonna be a 0 spinner map.
* 01:11:179 (1,2,3,4,1,2) - To be honest this feels too boring for a kiai. At least you could split 01:14:837 (1) - into pieces like 01:00:203 (1,2) -

[Mk's Normal]
* Downbeats are the most important beats, and to emphasize them, one good way to do on Normal is to make the previous 1/2 spot empty so that the pattern is disconnected from before. So what I mean here is: 00:06:926 (4) - rather than this note being here, filling 00:07:383 - out feels better. Same for 00:08:755 (4) - to 00:10:127 - , 00:12:413 (5) - to 00:11:499 - and etc and etc. I won't tell you to fix every one of them, but please keep this in mind when you map afterwards.
* 00:17:673 (3,3) - This kind of overlap looks bad. Just try to stack it properly.
* 00:30:935 (1) - Reduce to 00:31:621 - and put a circle on 00:31:849 - . This can catch both the interesting drum and the vocal on 00:31:621 -
* Also try to put a note 00:32:764 - since it's a downbeat. And I'm not sure if it's another syllable, but the vocal does seem to put the emphasize on there as well.
* 00:35:279 - Another one here. It's very good for the drum's sake and not-being-too-boring for a Normal diff.
* 00:36:423 (3,1,2,3,4,1,1) - To be honest the whole part here is way too boring compared to the rest parts. Why don't you try to represent some more vocals and drums? 00:38:252 (1,1) - These 2 beat reverse sliders are really just an Easy diff's pattern. You know there are good interesting rhythms inside those sliders.
* 00:58:374 (1) - I suggest removing this spinner here and fill out with notes. What I feel with this spinner is, it should have already ended at 00:59:517 - and the "kiai notes" should start at 01:00:203 - and not make 01:00:660 - this beat empty. But I know, it's not pretty much acceptable for a Normal diff. So just fill it out. You already have 1 spinner before.
* 01:25:356 (6,3) - Even though it's not very visible at the same time the illusion still remains and the overlap makes it ugly. Just rotate 3 CCW with selection centre to blanket 6. It'll look much better.
* 01:29:014 (6) - Make this into a 1/2 slider. Why not represent the vocal on 01:29:243 - ? It's even worth with 3 circles imo.

[Advanced]
* Considering the jumps at Kiai, AR6 feels too slow. Try 6.5 or 7
* 00:14:471 (1,2,3,4,5) - Well I suggest to just fix the distance like others. That's the only jump from the start to 00:52:886 - so I'd make it consistent even though those are little stronger than others. It more looks like just sudden bigger distance rather than a jump part anyway.
* 00:28:191 (3) - Why not split this into a 1/1 slider and a circle? It'll catch the drum beat on 00:28:648 - and make the vocal on 00:28:877 - cilckable too. 3/2 slider is a bit boring here as well.
* 00:29:563 (2,3) - also I'll recommend http://puu.sh/mYTEV/33b9fc9681.jpg since it seems like you're more focusing on vocals rather than the drums. This fits with the vocal and also the... electric guitar? on the background too.
* 00:52:429 (2,3,1) - Tbh this is too sudden imo. That's three successive 1/2 circles but only the last one is a big jump? I don't think it's a good idea for this diff. It makes the flow really unnatural. 00:11:727 (5,6,1) - is better because it's on the opposite direction. So, it would be better to reduce the jumps' ds a bit.

2) Skin: I have discussed this already with you Rocket, but just for others to see: While I know that a majority of players like having transparent 300's, I would actually have a proper 300.png, because it makes the skin feel complete in my opinion, and there are some people who play with 300's (I am one of them). Actually, you're right. But I think it's not a problem since there are other ranked beatmaps with this 300.png as a blank file. Here's a reference https://osu.ppy.sh/s/287873

One thing to note is that it may be possible (or not) that once this is ranked you should be able to slip a transparent 300 in without changing ranked status (I think). This ensures the best of both worlds; people who like 300's can have that, while people who do not can slip a transparent 300 image. Not really sure about this one, I'll ask some other people about it to know if is possible or not. Thanks for the issue!

1) 00:27:276 (1) - Somehow I feel that the shape is not symmetrical; it is distorted. You can refine it if you want but it is quite a small thing. fixed!

2) 00:55:630 (1) - Do you notice that during the duration of the spinner, the music increases in volume? I was thinking of adding multiple timing points, with each successive timing point having a 1-2% increase in volume; more timing points = smoother increase in volume. This will have the effect of raising the spinner volume, which reflects the build up of the music. fixed! Nice suggestion!

This may apply to the other difficulties as well, but how you go about it will be different due to the different types of hitobjects used.

3) 01:00:203 (1,2) - These felt a little bit off to me when I first played it. The reason is that they are not aligned properly. I would shift slider 2 down to (304,74) so it is perfect aligned with slider 1. Tried something! I hope it doesn't look that bad now /u\

1) 00:00:981 I was wondering, why not put a 1/2 slider with a reverse on it, because it reflects the vocals? This may make the map more difficult though.

2) 01:29:014 (6) - Maybe put a 1/2 slider because you also have a vocal bit at 01:29:243. If you did a 1/2 with a reverse it would not work because 01:29:471 (1) is a strong beat, which you have mapped already as a note.

It doesn't look asymmetrical though.

6) 01:18:496 (1,2,3) - Because 2 is not symmetrical, it makes the pattern look a little weird, thought it may be unnoticeable while playing it. Moved!

1) 00:07:154 (1,2) - Curious as to why these are not the same shape? Here I wanted to make a transition from different angles to mod

2) 00:29:106 May I ask why the volume decreases suddenly here? If it is in terms of vocals, the next few vocals are pretty loud. In terms of music instruments, the volume stays the same. This one was really helpful! Thanks!

3) 00:43:740 (1) - Somehow I feel the blanket is off, but it is a small thing. moved it nazly to fix the unwanted blanket.

1) 00:11:727 (5) - I know there is a sound on the blue tick, but I am debating whether to shorten it by 1/4 or keep it as it is. On one hand, I feel that shortening the slider feels so much better in terms of sound, but on the other hand it works a bit more with the vocals (which I like) and as there is a sound there the blue tick should be fine. Yeah. I prefer to leave it like that.

2) 00:48:999 (1) - Not symmetrical, but this may have been intentional. /w\

3) 00:59:517 Considering the previous difficulty, I wonder why you have not mapped this part, especially when there are vocals here? In my opinion it is a waste not to map vocals (vocals are a gift, so I tend to take advantage of that in terms of mapping). Waa.... awesome catch! Thank you very much!

Final thoughts.
A really nice set and a really nice skin to match. I was very anal with some things, but they may make a huge difference.

The idea was to follow the ma-ma-mahalo as the hardest jump of the diff just as well as it is made over the kiai.
* 00:28:191 (3) - Why not split this into a 1/1 slider and a circle? It'll catch the drum beat on 00:28:648 - and make the vocal on 00:28:877 - cilckable too. 3/2 slider is a bit boring here as well. Honestly, this makes sense but the purpose was to, indeed, higlight the drum with the slidertick. I hope it sounds well to let players realize the drums sound there.

The hitsounding volumes are pretty inconsistent between maps, most of them verging on the too quiet side, in my opinion.

[Advanced]

This is really Hard for an "Advanced." I playtested all of the easier diffs on Doubletime because that helps me figure out what it'd be like for a newer player to read it, and this is definitely a bit harder than the diffname implies. I suggest renaming it to "Hard."
01:05:234 (3,4,1,2,3,4) - Like I previously mentioned, this just seems really hard for what the difficulty is named.
01:12:779 (4,1,2) - Once again, I don't know as much about Hard diffs, but this seems to be too sharp of an angle for Hard, in my opinion.
01:29:243 (6) - Move this up a bit to better make a triangle with the 4,5 and 1.

Just as a quick note for this diff, take everything I say here with as a grain of sand - I don't mod easier diffs that often and so I may not be looking at the right things.

Kind of riding on some of the comments on Advanced, you should probably rename this difficulty to Light Insane or Hyper or something along that line.

00:11:727 (5,6) - I don't really understand what you're trying to emphasize here. Is it the change from vocal to background melody? Maybe dampen the slider end a bit to make it sound like it belongs better.
00:55:630 (3) - This slider flows a bit oddly. I understand why you mapped it (to blanket 00:56:316 (1) - ) but I don't like the way its executed.
01:11:865 (3,4) - The 3 in the middle of the slider looks really odd.
01:27:185 (4,1) - Same thing as I said before applies here as well.

This is more of my territory. You abuse starjumps a lot in this, but with the slow BPM I understand why. Overall it plays pretty well, but I have a few concerns with the back and forth jumps and the jumps that go into sliders like (00:17:444 (4,5) - and 01:11:865 (3,4) - ) as they seem a bit hard for the starrating. However, theres nothing blatantly wrong about them so I didn't really mention them in the meat of the mod.

[Voli's Special Blend]

From 00:16:072 (6) - my personal flow tells me to go down to the end of this slider (00:16:301 (1) - ) rather than the beginning. Not really sure if you should change anything or if I should just scold my instincts for a bad sense of flow.
The timing point at 00:45:569 where you change the hitsounds and make the volume 30% makes it a bit too quiet. Maybe 40%?
00:49:685 (3) - This slider doesn't really seem to fit with the song for me.
00:52:429 (4,5) - Change these to a slider?

I like this difficulty, and it does seem to work pretty well. Its quite symmetrical which makes it hard for me to mod as I'm not very good at critiquing symmetrical mapping styles. Overall, though, I like it.

Personally I agree with that idea of renaming your 'Advanced' to 'Hard', and your 'Hard' to 'Hyper' or 'Light Insane', you have a lot of jumps at the kiai on Advanced, and the jumps are even bigger on Hard. maybe you should do hard a bit more difficult to rename it light insane but :v

I like this difficulty, and it does seem to work pretty well. Its quite symmetrical which makes it hard for me to mod as I'm not very good at critiquing symmetrical mapping styles. This is really Hard for an "Advanced." I playtested all of the easier diffs on Doubletime because that helps me figure out what it'd be like for a newer player to read it, and this is definitely a bit harder than the diffname implies. I suggest renaming it to "Hard." I received three comments about renaming the diffs but I honestly don't find it suitable because the only intense part is the kiai. While it is hard to players sometime, I think it's not needed to rename since it coudl be misleading.
01:05:234 (3,4,1,2,3,4) - Like I previously mentioned, this just seems really hard for what the difficulty is named. But the ma-mama-mahalo really suggests a jump here. /w\ I hope it doesn't make really troubles though.
01:12:779 (4,1,2) - Once again, I don't know as much about Hard diffs, but this seems to be too sharp of an angle for Hard, in my opinion. Reworked!
01:29:243 (6) - Move this up a bit to better make a triangle with the 4,5 and 1. Hope it looks better now!

Just as a quick note for this diff, take everything I say here with as a grain of sand - I don't mod easier diffs that often and so I may not be looking at the right things.

Kind of riding on some of the comments on Advanced, you should probably rename this difficulty to Light Insane or Hyper or something along that line.
01:00:889 (2,3,4,5,6) - Is this pattern okay for a map of this difficulty level?
01:13:008 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Same for this one, it seems really easy because of the BPM, but in reality, this is pretty Hard for only a Hard diff, right? Same thing of the advanced. Song suggest this segment might be the hardest part of the song where players should know that mahalo will need all his hands.
01:21:011 (4) - I really like this CTRL-G'd, tbh What would mess up the roughly DS i'm following in this ending of the song. ;A;

Same comments apply here as on Advanced, take my critique lightly.

00:10:584 - Shouldn't there be a note here? You're right. However, I wanted to give the idea of a 1/2 as well as I did in the first 3 seconds.
00:11:727 (5,6) - I don't really understand what you're trying to emphasize here. Is it the change from vocal to background melody? Maybe dampen the slider end a bit to make it sound like it belongs better. Indeed, vocals end on the blue tick to give the floor to the new object which is inmediately next to it. I guess this isn't as misleading for Insane players though. /u\
00:55:630 (3) - This slider flows a bit oddly. I understand why you mapped it (to blanket 00:56:316 (1) - ) but I don't like the way its executed. Ohhh, nice catch. Nonetheless, here vocals suggest to go over like a bumb rather than a straight sound, so that was the purpose of using such as slider.
01:11:865 (3,4) - The 3 in the middle of the slider looks really odd. I guess you're the only one who complained about it. Will work on this if someone else complains.

This is more of my territory. You abuse starjumps a lot in this, but with the slow BPM I understand why. Overall it plays pretty well, but I have a few concerns with the back and forth jumps and the jumps that go into sliders like (00:17:444 (4,5) - and 01:11:865 (3,4) - ) as they seem a bit hard for the starrating. However, theres nothing blatantly wrong about them so I didn't really mention them in the meat of the mod.

I love this mapset and song (and that adorable skin!) and I really hope you get it ranked soon. (Its also very DTable for a new top play and will make a friend of mine happy~)
