I've seen a post requesting the port of osu! to android
and you'r answer is that you need people to do that job.
so can you give us your source of the pc/iphone ver.
i want to try it on my own..

Android runs on Java (mostly).

osu! on the iPhone works on Objective C (mostly) and osu! on the PC works on .NET (mostly).

I don't think having the source will help, except for reference on technical details.

Get an engine up and running with generally how osu! looks, and then ask for technical details to make the engine more authentic (to osu!).

Someone is supposedly working on a port. Ask him first it he is still working on it. If he is it, then help it. If isn't, then you can work on it. ^^
