Do not overuse kiai time (general rule is one toggle per minute of playable length). Do not use kiai time just for fountains unless you are doing this extremely rarely. Kiai time is meant to accent chorus sections. You can toggle it off and on halfway through the chorus if that looks good, but using it constantly every 4-8 beats is just stupid.

Let's see... really nice map overall, those clouds are so beautiful (and maybe you'd like to disable letterboxes on breaks to not to ruin the atmosphere xP) The map flows really well, but I'd say to get rid of all those 1/4 notes on Normal and maybe make them sliders...
Also about the kiai, someone probably will tell you to reduce it a bit, and maybe reducing the star2 size and brightness will make the fountains a bit less confusing, because if they cover the hitcircles it will be hard to see, since they're transparent. Also don't make too many stacks with this kind of hitcircles, it will be confusing to follow too xP
Not going to get more deep modding on this because I don't take requests for now but I just wanted to give you some advices :3 Hope it helps.

The SV of this diff is 2.0. I know you did this because this can make the 1/8 notes become less packed together. But to be honest, i think it is inappropriate to have so many 1/8 in this diff since the song is relaxing and soft. Having so many 1/8 will definitely ruin the epic of the song imo. Also, 1/8 in a 100 BPM song = 1/4 in a 200 BPM song, which is quite tiring to play. Therefore, i suggest you removing some 1/8 notes. If you do so, maybe change the SV to 1.4 or 1.6? Actually 1/4 streams in this song can be challenging too since players need to identify between red and blue notes without any rests. Sometimes it is not necessary to put so many notes to make it challenging. I am not disagreeing your mapping style, but i believe that removing some 1/8 will improve this diff.
Changed to 1.8 since there'll be difficulty in reading 1/8 notes for 1.4 / 1.6.
Since the plaing time of this song is over 4mins. Consider adding a break time?

Just to mention a few things...
- There are several 1/8 streams in this map. Usually 1/8 isn't that much used cause most case it doesn't suit the music (I don't mean this one) and kinda hard to read, but this one has low BPM and you set SV=1.8. One thing for sure is using 1/8 isn't prohibitted or something so that would be mapper's & player's choice. (And seems 1/8 sound actually appears with some part of this song, so don't mind this too much.)
- Hitburst is kinda bad for playing Taiko, but we can't do something current system of skinning, so no way to fix it for now. (At least this one is kinda transparent)
- There are big notes stream with 1/4. It's kinda tricky to decide this one is ok or not cause SV=1.8 and this one has BPM 100 and most importantly we don't have any strict standard about this yet.
