I was looking around the skin forums and i did not see a shantae skin, made me a bit sad so i made one hope its good. I re made the selection section

The file is empty... :/
And more than that, some elements are from other skins. (selection-mods.png, selection-mode.png and selection-random.png) The sliderball is from Okami skin, but i'm not sure.
Too bad, i find it pretty. ^^
