Some openings have good music but the opening animation itself is shit or falls short of introducing/selling the anime. Sayonara Zestubou-Sensei for example has openings that have completely nothing to do with the Anime and can give the wrong impression.

Me neither, but good openings help you get into or stick with some Anime and sometimes you just have to realise and appreciate the effort made into making some of them. How else do you think I can stick to watching anime's like Yura Kuma Arashi?Green Platinum wrote:

Yuri Kuma Arashi had a damn good opening; the music, all the Vagina symbolisms in the animation and the general direction of the opening was good. That's an example of a good opening.
I prefer ending themes anyway
