Hi Hinsvar,

I've just tried Easy and Normal Diffs on STD Mode and I have to say that you've done a very good work.

I'm not a MOD but i wish to say that after the first riff in the Normal diff I saw some Streams x3 that I think you can easily modify those to follow the melody.

Again, good work and sorry if I haven't been clear.

* 01:49:224 (1) - Unnecessary NC... actually can you doublecheck your NC pattern for this part?
* 02:04:831 (3) - Hmm Maybe move it to like 133||303 or somewhere a bit more to the left so its more obvious that 02:04:831 (3,1) - is 1/1 not 1/2 jump.
* 02:07:259 (1) - Unnecessary NC
* 02:26:334 (2,3) - Ctrl+G the rhythm... plays better imo, especially when you make 02:26:681 - clickable.

Hey!! Congrats on your qualify.

There are some things throwing me off on the Taiko diffs however, and I needed to take that out of my chest.

HP settings should be reverted as seen on our guidelines, lowest difficulty should have the highest HP and the other way around for highest difficulty. This is obviously to prevent 20% accuracy passes (we don't want people to be cooking a paella and playing at the same time and still pass, do we?).

I'd dare say OD3 is arguably too low and forgiving for this BPM.

While the map seems solid rhythm-wise, I also have to say that some parts of the map throw me off a lot, such as 00:16:970 (6) - : what is this exactly following? It really has no sound to it even as a downbeat. Better map the piano notes at 00:17:143 - and the following red ticks or leave this completely blank, no?

Kind of the same with 00:21:825 (11) - : that's following absolutely nothing.

From 00:23:906 - onward, I'd say it lacks variety, soooo many dons lol. You're missing so many emphasizable snares such as 00:29:282 - and 00:34:484 - : this is starting to look more like a Kantan

00:44:716 (57,58) - I liked these patterns, nice offbeat rhythm! You should use it way more times.

Well, I gotta say that the first kiai looks... lacking? Many, many spacings and 1/1 dull patterns when the song offers a lot more.

01:12:808 - 01:12:981 - Why skip these 2 important beats?

Well, overall the map repeats again and again and again.

Overall this is more like a Kantan. >_>

00:16:970 (8,9) - You accidentally followed piano on 9, but 8 is absolutely not following anything.

00:19:051 (13) - What is this representing? Would be so much better 1/2 tick before.

00:21:825 (18) - Well, we have the same problem here, this isn't representing anything.

Rhythm from 00:23:906 - onward seems rather questionable to me, when I try to play it it feels a bit awkward to follow. I don't know what are you trying to follow.

Also the song offers tons of 3/2 offbeat patterns that follow the pace much better as vocals are more heavily emphasized than instruments. Things like 00:38:473 (66,67,68,69,70,71) - are perfect examples of this, they sound a lot better than simple 1/1 base rhythm.

Kiai this time sounds more acceptable, but again, looks like a Futsuu to me... very few 1/2 patterns and all of them are short ones.

This time the rhythm seems more fitting, but again, without the small amount of 1/4, this looks like a Muzukashii to me

Dunno, I don't think this should make it through qualified. Has much more potential (as well as the HP settings being messed up). Oh well.

If this gets disqualified due to the Taiko diffs I'll just remove the diffs and put them on Creator's Words since the mapper is inactive and there has been a DQ caused by the Taiko diffs previously. Would be unfunny to have a 4th DQ.

It's my fault for not coming back to this map (no way in hell I would have remembered though). Guidelines have slightly changed since the 5 months I taiko'd this.

If it does happen however, the only change needed to stay within guidelines would be adjusting Futsuu to say, 7, then Muzu to 6. The rest of the suggestions are valid (and surely could better this now super old map), but the simplicity of the set makes a lot of the 'problems' hard to notice outside of taking a close look.

This all being said, if things are going as I hope they're going, this map has likely already been spared, but who knows.

except HP and OD I don't think many changes are /necessary/. They could make the map a little bit better but many points stated are already fine. The diffs are more on the simple side, so we can ignore difficulty a little bit here. Maybe recheck the difficulty gaps but after updating everything it's also fine.
Coro bases his maps on drums more so that's the reason why vocals and piano aren't mapped that much, it should be considered in the judgement. The notes that follow nothing around 17 seconds could be considered... "jiro" (I KNOW IT'S NOT LEAVE ME ALONE) since he just adds a few notes for a base rhythm. I think they are fine.
In Muzukashii 00:26:681 (33,34,35) - this surprised me too since that's a little bit... empty but I don't think deleting the taikos because of something like this should happen since it's a small fix only.

I disagree with Muzukashii being a Futsuu and Oni being a Muzu. They are just easier, doesn't make them a lower difficulty. Muzukashii uses 1/4 which I never ever saw in a 173 BPM Futsuu, Oni uses "complicated" 1/2+1/4 combos.

Basically agreeing with Ozzy here
