How about lowering the hp... having the same od and hp on a slow song isnt really the best combination
00:28:976 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - the spacing here isnt really consistent while the song doesnt have any ups and downs in its tune
00:34:976 (3,4) - this jump doesnt fit the music in any way - compared to other objects' spacing, especially when the current section isnt exactly a chorus and not really anything to emphasize
01:28:514 (3,4) - ^
01:02:206 (1) - instead of a long slider, I think the rhythm in the song actually allows for a bit more variation in this part
01:18:822 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - this part is too extreme - nothing special in the song, yet random jumps here, which are a rather big difference from the spacing and placement of other objects. Also 01:19:976 (6,7) - this huge spacing, same reasoning as 00:34:976 (3,4) I mentioned above
01:34:514 (5,6,7,8) - the spacing here is a bit too random. Especially when the tune is rather consistent not really any major bursts or anything, yet the spacing between 01:34:976 (7,8) - is so small compared to 01:34:514 (5,6) -
02:04:283 (3,4) - spacing issue again
02:03:130 (1) - maybe add some variation?
02:02:206 (3,1) - stack for a cleaner look?
02:12:706 (2,3) - a suggestion would be to use a 3/4 slider instead, so as to let the slider end on the red tick and make it better for ppl to play the following triple. Same goes for other patterns near the end of the map
There are a lot of spacing issues, that dont really fit the music in relevance to how you space your other objects. I think it would be better to have a good look at the spacing and try to keep the emphasis consistent through the map

01:11:437 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - although it's a hard, I dont really recommend putting so many circles in a row, since it could tire out ppl whose level are at playing Hards. A circle - circle - slider combination works in the case imo

01:18:822 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - same as above, although you did do the thing i suggested above for 01:19:745 (5,6,7) - so it's better off changing it that way imo
01:17:668 (2,3) - you could probably make a 1/1 slider and then followed by a circle since the current sliderend and sliderhead at 01:17:668 (2) and 01:18:130 (3) - respectively dont have anything to emphasize
01:27:130 (4) - better not make antiflow for a Hard; ctrl g
01:49:283 (4) - ^
Normal and Easy seem fine
Overall Im not a big fan of how you place your sliders on blue ticks, but I assume you know what you're doing anyway.
