The 1/8 notes in standard maps could become nearly impossible in Taiko mode for most of the players.

Some of 1/8 steams will already change into slider (with special condition)
also, 1/8 steams sometimes is the characteristic of the map
moreover, if it all 1/8 steams changed to slider, the score must be reset.....
So I am not going to agree with this...
Hm...of course some taiko player will find maps are hard to play with 1/8 steams

Firstly I'd say that this request is not a mature consideration. 
Ways maybe referable:
We can add toggles like "reduce the 1/8 for taiko" to the editor,
but things will become complicated and everything will depend on if the boss want it or not.
The main point here is just try to connect the standard maps and taiko mode better.

Why put 1/8 streams in standard maps, They are already stupid as they are.
Also to get this changed a second taiko score reset would be needed so no.

1/6 may make the map become not epic Orz...
Still dosn't answer my first question, 1/8 is pretty much always terrible mapping in regular osu! too and if it's justified it usually justified to taiko too.OzzyOzrock wrote:

I know this is a problem to short repeating sliders though, but as I said they are rarely justified anyways.

also.. Low BPM beatmaps on taiko can have 1/8 notes too. Instead, there should be a limit, like make 1/8 notes for over 150 BPM sliders in taiko.
