Can you point out to me in which part the hitsounds become a problem or it's just all over the entire mapset?Charles445 wrote:
Normal hitwhistle has always been a controversial point due to how it sounds differently on different setups.Mercurial wrote:
Is this just subjetive or should be fixed asap?
I had no issues with the hitsounding whatsoever.
However, on those setups, it is unbearable when used improperly. In general it's louder than the other hitsounds in the default set.
Of course it's subjective, but it should be fixed with the intention of making the set better.

For me thehitsounds are just perfect in terms of the usage. Sure, there would be other volumes, other hitsounds, custom ones or default maybe but still I guess it's more about personal preferences than the real issue being. And still Squigly did not try to be HanzeR... At least this time. wwwCharles445 wrote:

On scanter's diff, starting at 01:31:232 - is some really loud whistles
On hardest diff, at around 01:22:317 - , there's some loud whistles, not AS loud, but still irritating. Also they are used very frequently.
I think if the diffs had hitsounding like lfj's for that part, it'd be a lot easier on the ears.
