I have a cool idea for multiplayer. 
Have a toggle-able option where you can see the cursors of other opponents in your multiplayer games.
Here is a clear example of what I mean:
I think it would be a cool feature to have to compare yourself with others in your multiplayer games and make the games a bit more interactive as you can see what others are doing on the same screen. I'd imagine that the other players' cursors would be skinnable (e.g. mpcursor1.jpg, mpcursor2.jpg) or something of the like incase the default cursor is distracting for you, or you want to make different colours for your multiplayer opponents.
