"Editing" a skin doesn't make that skin yours. This is a mixed skin.

This guy is clearly doesn't know something about the rules in this skinning forum...

On this forum, you can release your skin to the public if you make a skin BY YOURSELF. We don't accept any skin that is stolen from the original skin. If the skin is mixed, you should set it to your userpage or your signature, NOT ON THIS FORUM of course (if you read the rules carefully from the start)

Also, you should ask a permission from the owner first before you release it to the forum, because we might consider it as a mixed skin unless you ask first

Edit? I don't think so. You edited the original skin. That's not allowed. It's still the same as a mixed skin. Hope you please understand that
