I've been here for like 4 months already , I've noticed that #announce shows when someone got #1 place on a certain map , but only for osu! standard only.
I'd be more fun if they allow other game modes such as Catch the Beat , Taiko and osu!mania to show when someone got #1.
Specially osu!mania , I've noticed that no week's going to pass without someone going to lovesmack on iJinjin's MANIERA.
Someone did DT FL on its Masterpiece , and yet , it took a while , an hour before someone noticed it.
So I think osu! should make something like #announce for other game modes as well. thanks.
