You all know that feeling when you are about to get a 98% FC with HR and then manage to drain to death on the final spinner because the HP is 9.8 or 10?
Well, easy fix, make HP drain go down to the point that getting 100 on a slider without breaking combo would kill you, but don't let HP drain make you lose by itself. Would save a lot of pain going through a song with HR and dying on a slower part where there are 1/1 or 1/2 jumps just because you didn't adequately prepare (and by that I mean having HP at absolute maximum through SS'ing the song until that very part since hitting too many greens can hinder regen and its not that god damn easy if you have a song with OD 8 HP 7.5 to go through with perfect accuracy because you know doing anything else would kill you because of the drain.

Everyone who thinks FCing 5-star songs with HD is easier than playing 4 star songs with HR without getting absolutely rekt just by HP drain alone would agree with me.

The entire Osu community should support this, if you do not, play this and turn on HR.

Clear no. This would be impossible to implement.

peppy can't just rewrite the HP algorithm, because it would effect all scores (means all scores would have to be deleted).

That's why difficulties like "Fort's Finale" on https://osu.ppy.sh/s/171388 had their spinners nerfed, because players couldn't clear the map with HR on.
Maps aren't thought to be played with Hard Rock, so if they are clearable with No Mod, they have a reason to stay. Also, that's a 2008 map :(
