In my honest opinion, I think there's a big gap between Advanced and Exhaust. Whilst in Advanced you barely have jumps, the distance is mostly constant and the 1/6s are fully mapped as sliders, on Exhaust there are lots of (and this is the problem, the density of) 1/6s streams mapped as circles, and also there are some very huge spikes in the Kiais, with tons of SV changes.
I also want to add the fact that the SV throughout the difficulties isn't the best one. Having a 0.95 SV on Standard and then 1.4 one on Advanced is way too much for the difference between each difficulty. Maybe you should map a difficulty in the middle.

00:17:884 (1,2,3) - Alright, here you have three nice sliders with a, somehow, constant spacing, then 00:18:405 (3,1) - there for some reason (and even though there's a Finish sound) you decide to lower the spacing a bit, and then suddenly BAM 00:18:927 (1,2,1) - . Also, I gotta say, but 00:18:927 (1,2) - flows pretty poorly, try doing something like: http://puu.sh/l1qZD/2993da031c.jpg . But what's important here is 00:21:014 (1,2) - is the same pattern, but plays as a 1/2. Don't you think it can be a bit too hard for this kind of diff?
00:24:144 (1,2,1) - Considering that (1) ends on the opposite direction than (2), I'd strongly recommend you to Ctrl+G (1) for some easier playability. Players tend to sliderbreak in these sections.

01:25:840 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - try changing it to something like this cuz it has more consistent visual spacing (6->7).
the sliderends finish on the head of the next slider/circle so it flows better this way without getting 100s from missing the last repeat. i know you have a similar pattern at 01:46:775 (4,5,6,7,1) - here but it plays fine at this section since it has a clear spacing consistency and it's during the kiai so the jumps between the last repeat and next slider makes sense here.
01:35:884 (2) - shouldn't this repeat once more like 01:35:623 (1) - ? i hear a note on the blue tick.
01:38:753 (1,2,3) - i feel like this should have much higher spacing to signify the 1/3 time change cuz it blends in too well with 01:38:492 (2) - and might cause players to play them as 1/4
01:56:101 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - don't stack this and make it higher spacing than 01:54:927 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - since the buildup into a stack just kills the momentum when the song is getting more intense. probably will shoot the star rating a bit higher though
