fixed all from 11t's mod
fixed only stream from Minakami Yuki's mod (SV change playable even without NC and i won't spam ncs without reasons to do that, also hitsounds sounds fine for me)
lowered drain because of low's mod (lol)

Hello, some things about the sb:

The backgrounds 41894391_big_p0.jpg, 21822357_big_p5.jpg, 21822357_p1.jpg and 21822357_p3.jpg are too big (there's no need to go over 1366x768), also the top and bottom of these images isn't visible, cut them smaller and to a 16/9 ratio.
42046401.png is much bigger than the other characters, I doubt it's necessary.
To reduce the sb load in the intro and chorus, you can cut the circles in Mini Light2.png and 42964656_big_p0.png and place them one by one.

・00:00:685 (T) - Easy、Hyper、Insane、Extraでこの赤線と緑線の音量が異なっているので、統一させてください。おそらく、赤線の音量が間違っていると思いますので、緑線と同じ音量にしたらいいと思います。これくらいのことは、CilveryさんがGuest diff含めて修正しちゃってもいいと思います。
