[invalid] Having .GIF file supported in skinning

Thought about skinning and realized that the only way of making animated buttons is to just make lots of copies of the picture and put them in order and rename them right so it looks animated. How about this feature where you could just add .GIF file in your skin folder and osu accepts it and it works?

I think it would be a great feature making skinning a lot easier and faster instead of photo editing multiple photos and -or using 3rd party programs to resize them etc.

Thoughts on this?

Lots of images on popular skins are from GIFs. Gif can be good quality so why not support it instead of splitting it in 50 time consuming images

i already mentioned this idea to peppy in one of the osu!next discussions. .gif support won't be added
