this skin is not really a skin that is supposed to look all that good because well look at the title. it says windows xp simulator of course it is not gonna be good looking so here is the back story on why i would make a skin like this
Backstory: i am an osu! player who plays osu! on a windows xp. I have noticed that many people across google don't think windows xp is a good operation system and that it is slow and gets viruses easily. Now me (being smart and knowing how to not get a slow pc) decides to make another skin based on not just mainly the letter Q (which only has really 1 appearance in the entire skin) but based on clicking (or tapping however you play) on the hit circles that look like download links and get you're score by downloading (not really downloading it is just the concept of the skin) and get a score looking like that score is viruses. but this time i added some sounds to practice skinning in the feature, and adding some sounds i did.
why download this skin? Now although you can't simulate making osu! run slow (which why would you want to?) it is a pretty funny experience and i enjoyed testing it in its creation, and over all i think i put a lot of my creativity into this skin and that is why i am putting the screen shots in spoiler boxes.
Note: i did not skin some of the menu buttons but i couldn't use my imagination enough for them
