To be completely honest, I have no idea of what you're trying to follow. Is it pitch? Main rhythm? You have to pick one thing to follow and stick with it until the very end. Otherwise things will just sound awkward and will be unintuitive to play...
With that said, let me point out some issues I found (few ones compared to the big one above):

With that said, let me point out some issues I found (few ones compared to the big one above):
- Considering that OD is 2, why in the world is the HP so low as well?
- 00:14:403 - Here for example, you break the rhythm you were using previously. Why is that?
- 00:36:803 - 01:08:803 - I know this is 75 bpm, but rules are rules. You should remove some notes in between while maintaining consistency to provide successful breaks for the players, specially considering that you did it earlier, even if the pace is faster here
- 01:29:603 - 01:55:203 - Not a single break for 26 whole seconds. Consider removing some notes to provide appropiate breaks.

- OD should definetely be higher. Also HP
- 00:03:203 (2) - This note could be removed to emphasize more the start of the next part
- 00:10:003 - 00:10:803 - 00:11:603 - Missed mappable sounds here. You should add notes to cohere with the next part
- 00:26:003 - 00:26:803 - Same than above ^
- 00:38:803 (62) - Should remove this note to provide an appropiate break after those 1/4
- 00:48:803 - I believe a note should be added here to maintain consistency (as you map mainly to 1/2, this would be a 2/1 break which is too long)
- 01:15:203 (132) - kkK is strictly forbidden if i remember correctly, remove finisher
- 01:21:803 (144,145) - This pattern sounds awkward. 01:21:803 (144) - move it to 01:21:603 - and turn into a d. After done, move 01:22:203 (145) - to 01:22:403 -
- 02:00:003 (207) - This is a deep drum hit, consider changing to d
- 02:01:603 (208) - This note doesn't fit. There is a guitar note going on, but no drum hit whatsoever. Remove it
