7K Panic Attack
You can probably PR the slow sections muuuuch better, but I'm pretty certain that someone will give suggestions on those later.
00:46:117 - The quick falling SV's are a nice touch. They lose the really cool effect on higher scroll speeds though, so it might be nice to reduce the fast falling by even just a little bit, so that way it is viewable.

This map is at least OJ 4/5. Any technically playable pattern is now fair game, so pattern analysis is more based on changes and consistency (or intentional lack thereof) throughout various sections.
For example:
01:03:637 - This compared to 01:03:757 - has 2 jacks (on different hands) compared to the other chord repetitions immediately before/after, which contain 1 jack each. These double handed jacks would probably be better placed in a place somewhere around the second timestamp, as another background noise happens during this time.
Basically, since everything (except the end) in difficulty is now playable, its mostly just the differences within each pattern that matter now.
Also, at least while playing on HT, the difference in jacks on each finger was at least somewhat noticeable, so I'm assuming its definitely noticeable for ETs, even on full speed when it just looks like keyboard smashing.

01:04:597 - This to 01:05:317 - is significantly easier than the other things in this section. Could definitely be intentional as a break.
01:05:287 - gap?
01:05:677 - 3 notes? Also since it means no jacks on the next step.
01:05:797 - You seem to randomly alternate between 1 or 2 jacks between each of the chords in this section.
01:06:757 - 3 jacks seems unecessary? Mitigated by the fact that both hands have a jack, so everything is resetting anyways.
01:08:197 - 5 notss here per chord here, while tehnically fitting the pattern you make, seems like a pretty drastic change from what you just had. (Could possibly still work though)
01:10:357 - Kinda weird how you have a double jack here, even though the few chords before it had no jacks, especially as the siren is winding down.
01:11:077 - Maybe make this 3 notes? (Siren is off here)
01:11:557 - I would say the double jack fits in with the extra background drum thing, but you don't do it at 01:11:317 - or 01:11:917 - )
01:13:477 - This pattern is somewhat uninteresting to play in this song (a similar pattern in maniera was much better simply because of the song.) This is just my opinion though
01:14:557 - Maybe add on 4? (Use with adding 4 on 01:14:677 - ) Could see why you wouldn't do this though
01:14:797 - Possibly make this 3 notes? Still on the slightly soft sounds just before this
01:15:517 - 2 jacks here?
01:15:877 - and here?

I'll stop there with mentioning jacks per chord. Basically, I'm trying to point out that there should possibly be a reason behind using multiple jacks between 2 chords, cause even if it is otherwise quite limiting in patterns, there's plenty of opportunities that the extra sounds give you in order to effectively use 2 jacks. (Extra drum sounds, more jacks when siren is higher/more intense, etc.)

01:16:957 - Randomly switching between 4/5 note chords?
01:20:317 - Maybe add notes for the drum here?
01:20:677 - Maybe add a note? Stronger than 01:20:797 -
01:23:557 - I guess this long stream of 4 note chords work, since 3 of them are typically clumped. Lots of extra 1/2 jacks here thuogh (and especially when hitsounding happens, you should balance the sound with the normal sound volume)
01:28:357 - Can't see why this chord would be 4 notes, though I guess it could be because its a downbeat of some sort
01:29:917 - These seem to make the same sounds as the 4 note chords, even though they are mapped as 3 notes here.
01:31:597 - 4 note chord?
01:31:897 - It sounds like you could add a note here (though you would need to do some rearranging)
01:33:157 - Sounds like a 4 note chord.

01:36:037 - It seems from this point on, at least for a while, you completely abandon 4 note chords being used in between the 3 note chords sometimes.

For the second half of the first kiai, it seems that the 4 note chords are in general completely abandoned, except for the random one here and there, which leads them to feel possibly slightly out of place?

01:49:237 - Starting this group of chords with 1 note is weird, especially since intensity is decreasing here.
01:51:037 - Maybe add a note to the right hand here to indicate the swap in direction? Not sure.

01:55:477 - And then you randomly start the 4 note chords again. You really should decide :P
02:01:237 - 5 notes instead of 4?

02:39:397 - I could also go into a long thing about PR for the walls, but its not completely necessary, since walls. (These chords are 2 notes each, they go in opposite directions sometimes, minor notes, w/e)

03:10:117 - Stopped this first part before the 2nd kiai. Not stupid oublestream ending looks really nice now btw :P Still hell for anyone to physically play, but it looks possible now without the stupid jacks.
