Everyone hopefulle loves, cherishes and takes care of their scorebar, right? 
But really, I have some requests to make the scorebar (and other skin related problems/things) even better than it is now.
First of all, we should add a scorebar overlay, so we can make making nametags for your skins easier, and you don't have to worry about positioning the bg so it lines up and looks good with the color. This will help skins and will help to customize skins even easier.
Secondly, I think PSDs should be a common file format to use for osu. It may be extremely hard, and hell maybe people don't have photoshop, but this would be good so people can easily edit skins to make it more personal.
