Sorry for the delay 
General:
-- Please try and make the kiai consistent across all difficulties.
-- Combo burst is too big please resize and make it smaller, (must not exceed 500 pixels width)
-- "Natsu#Picture".jpeg is too big please resize so it's under 1024 x 768.
-- Delete .osb and full submt.
fbs's Easy:
00:13:184 (2,3) - Confusing stack for Easy, make is 1/1. (Or you could unstack and use a slider)
00:40:973 (3) - Confusing note for Easy, move note from under slider.
00:53:131 (3) - Imo move from under slider.
01:06:078 (1) - Returns might be too confusing for Easy player.
01:13:342 (1,2,3) - Too clustered. Move 2 and 3 so they are more visible.
01:18:868 (4,5,6) - Use returning slider imo, the stack is hard to read.
In general I think notes under sliders are too difficulty for Easy players to read, so maybe move those and try to reduce clustered notes.
Normal:
00:19:026 (1) - End with "soft" finish.
01:45:552 (x) - Add note. I expect note with the stack. (Or maybe use returning slider?)
Hard
Good.
Cyborg's Insane:
